Production rates, terms, and conditions:
Technical Directing, Editing, Post-Production Supervision, Training, and Engineering Consultation:
Rate; $1000.00 per day (8 hours)
Overtime;
$187.50/hour (hours 9-12)
$250.00/hour (hours 13-16)
Hours beyond 16 by special arrangement only!!
Producing or Directing:
Rate; $1500.00 per day
Also available on a project or profit participation basis.
As noted a "day" is 8 hours, meal breaks not included.
Regular working days are Monday through Friday.
Saturdays are billed at 1 and ½ times standard rates. Sundays are billed at twice standard rates.
All work days after 5 consecutive are billed at 1 and ½ times standard rates. This remains in effect until a non-work day (day off) occurs.
A meal break is an uninterrupted period of not less than 1/2 hour away from the edit suite or production.
All travel days are on the clock.
Meals brought into the edit suite, or consumed while editing or screening will be "on the clock " and part of the billable hours.
Work requiring travel requires compensation or reimbursement for:
All transportation costs (including airport taxes, visa fees, etc.,)
Hotel accommodations
Meal expenses ($75/day minimum)
Miscellaneous expenses (tips, taxi fares, laundry, telephone, etc.)
All air travel of 4 hours or greater duration is at business class (or better).
Terms: Net 5 days from date of invoice.
Accounts not settled within 5 days are subject to 25% penalty (late fee) and 1 ½% per month interest.
